Once again, my friends are being all so generous with me, and offering me to test their equipment.
This time, a Nikon D2X with a Nikkor 600mm f/4 lens. I snapped plenty of different poses and angles for this little feather prince. While other poses looked great, the colors in this one turned out to be the best.
This is actually my very first serious attempt to capture birds. I'm not completely satisfied :) but it's not a bad start.

This is perhaps the single most famous panel on Michelangelo's Sistine Ceiling.
I think it depicts the moment just after God has given life to Adam/Man; their hands almost touching, ... though most interpret this as the moment just before the giving of life.
The depiction of God here, is in simple clothing. The female figure, under God's left hand, is thought to be Eve.
Figures of youths surround the Genesis panels, sitting in various poses on painted pedestals. Their purpose seem to be mainly decorative.

Just like human creation, there are no two jars alike, and not all come out perfect.
These earthen jars, called burnay, are among the artifacts on display at the Museo Ilocos Norte of Gameng Museum, located beside the Ilocos Norte Provincial Capitol and which used to be an old tobacco factory during the Spanish Colonization Period.
Up to now, these jars, which are made in banga factories in the town of San Nicolas, are being used to hold rice grains, water, salt, vinegar, basi or sugarcane wine, bugguong or fish paste and anything else. They are also used as interior or landscape decoration. A fresh one is not that expensive. The older it gets, the more valuable it becomes.

I decided to donate this mail delivery speeder bike
They sell custom lego creations, and the proceeds are used to buy lego sets for underprivileged children.
This speeder bike comes as a fully playable set, including a mailman, four letters, a snack (pretzel and coffee), a piece of road and a transparent stand.
The minifigure can sit on the speeder bike,
letters and snack can be stored in the bike’s containers,
by means of the transparent stand it can be displayed "hovering" above the road.
I used old and new bricks, all in good condition.
