Creation has integrated Power Functions in it, and cabaret girls and couples are dancing. There are also PF lights installed in the bank and bank's vault. Everything is controlled via LEGO remote control.

A man, being assisted by a boy, makes a sand sculpture of a dolphin, and what appears to be a duck, while people look on. The man was attracting business for a local snack vendor who was stationed there, from what I could tell.

Yes, yes he does. Or did. Whichever way it should be - maybe I should just say his artwork rocks and be done with it.

Anyhoo, this is a little mini that I made for my oncologist and I gave it to her back in February. I had grand plans to make 2 or 3 more like it, but now that I realize the near impossibility of that happening, I decided to go ahead and share here. Yes, I could have done a better job with some of the pieces. And yes, I know I put too many lines in for the wings of this funny fat redbird. But I don't care. I love this, and I'm happy I made it. It's one of the few creations that I started just because I wanted to, and not because it matched up with someone else's inspiration mosaic (not that I'm dissing the inspiration mosaic - I LOVE the inspiration mosaic and all that it implies!!).

I've contributed a number of my Lego builds to a holiday fundraiser called "Creations for Charity," which is being championed by The Brother's Brick's Nannan Zhang. Proceeds from the sale of these items are used to purchase Lego for Toys for Tots, an organization that provide gifts for disadvantaged children at Christmas. Prenez une aubergine et une pomme de terre moyenne coupées en cubes, un reste d'endives braisées, un navet coupé en lamelles fines, des tranches de chorizo coupées en lamelles, du persil, des graines de pavots, des pignons de pin, du cumin, du piment d'espelette et du sel...groupez tout ça dans la poêle avec un peu de vin de noix pour caraméliser et faire le lien entre tous les légumes. Servez avec un riz blanc, du quinoa, des pâtes, ou avec une saucisse fumée cuite à l'eau.
