Rats and rodents are considered to be one of the filthiest animals found in the planet. Rats are known to carry unwanted viruses and diseases which can be a health hazard for humans, both children and adults. Rats and rodents are very unsanitary, and they can contaminate your home rapidly if they are not extracted on time. These pests typically attack the attic and can multiply in numbers fast. While living in your home, they will urinate and defecate just about at any place convenient for them. Rat's are attracted to insulation because they can burrow under them and hide.
Wild animals such as raccoons, skunks, or even opossums were once not often present or seen in city or urban areas. With less and less land for wild animals to reside in, it is no longer uncommon to find them breaking into attics and crawlspaces of a home. Wild animals trespassing into homes are usually there as a place for security to give birth or provide a safe place for their offspring. It's highly advised that when you are hearing unusual noises in your attic or have witnessed wild animals at your property to have them removed immediately. Wild animals can be aggressive and dangerous to the residence of the home, especially if they are protecting their young.
As a company rest assure that A Team Rodent and Wildlife Control Services employs a team of highly qualified specialist that is ready to help you get rid of rats and wildlife problems.

Gotta love all the vintage camera editing tools on the iPhone.
Thank you all for the kind comments on my previous pic. The "long story short" of my depressing life situation is: Water pipe in wall of my house go bursty, upstairs crawlspace go floody, downstairs ceiling and walls go soaky -- and half of my house go moldy & ruiny. Things will hopefully return to normal after 3 months & 60k (if I'm lucky)... Until then, I'm a man without a country. Or a house, in this case...

NYC HPD inspectors checking the roof trusses and hurricane straps in the crawlspace of a home that was under construction at the time hurricane katrina hit in 2005. Notice the wet and displaced blown in insulation in the crawlspace that was damaged.
One of the thousands of heroin wrappers I found in the crawlspace of my basement. I'm SO glad I bought this house!
Poor baby. He rewired electricity down there, mostly.

Above the back walkway leading towards the backyard. I realized when taking this I've still never actually been up there.
Our house - seventh anniversary: new color (last July), insulation in the attic and crawlspace (looks beautiful doesn't it?), and some furniture in new places. I have an office and Izzy's room is the ad hoc guest room. Didn't have time to tidy this year - a sure sign that we are busier than ever.

I've never seen anyone so at home crawling and rolling and twisting and working feverishly in a damp, claustrophobic and excessively moldy crawlspace. Bravo. Thank god for the tyvek suit and goggles; and especially the (not pictured) respirator. "Whoever invented the respirator should win the Nobel peace prize."
