A friendly couple pre-wedding photoshoot for Mr and Mrs Waterman.

When asked to take pictures for a wedding, I quickly refused. I know what my talents are and are not...the responibilty associated with wedding photos was not a burden I was willing to bear. Photography is a hobby for me and always will be...you do not want me doing your wedding...drunken after-party maybe, but not your wedding.

When I arrived at this small hometown wedding, I found out that the couple opted for the 20-picture special from the lady performing the ceremony...I was relieved until I saw her mini-kodak. I sucked it up and went to the car for the Nikon. I felt kind of bad, because this truly is not my thang and of the 200+ shots I snapped, I bet there aren't a dozen acceptable/mediocre ones.

While stopped at a light on my way home, these two asked me for a ride to their hotel downtown because they couldn't get a cab. Juan practically shoved the money in my hand. I took them. Sometimes meeting strangers is such a refreshing thing.

I was next to this couple for a few minutes before I realized they weren't real.
