I don't possess cooling racks, so plates sufficed. The pan was adequately buttered, so there was no sticking.

I couldn't get the turkey breast to stay balanced, so one side is pretty flat. That side is the leftovers.

On a visit to the Marina Bay Gardens on a very hot day. Ben found the best way to cool down. What you can't see is that the water is coming out of a whales blow hole ;-)

Got my Warm Cool QAL top pieced!

It really is so much easier to see the variation standing back from it & in a photo. When I was trying to figure out where I wanted all the pieces it seemed much less contrast-y.

A hot tyring (or hot tiring in US English) demonstration at the wheelwrights at Sovereign Hill. A metal tyre (tire) is heated to expand it, positioned around the wheel and then cooled to contract it until it fits the wheel tightly.

I went to leicester to visit some friends. Twas an excellent day and walked past this building. First i love anything that catches my eye and this did just that. It kind of reminded me of time square NEW YORK which is a place i aspire to visit. Well yeah thats it.
