The "Republic C4 Triplets" were converted from an ocean-going cargo ship built in large numbers during and immediately World War II. Charles M. White, Thomas F. Patton and Tom M. Girdler saw service with the Republic Steel fleet, later under contract to Cleveland-Cliffs, but their combination of high speed and relatively small size -- meant to bring iron ore from the Superior ports to the Republic plant up Cleveland's winding Cuyahoga River -- was overshadowed by a move toward larger freighters that brought bigger loads to a lakeshore facility for transfer upriver by smaller craft -- and all went to scrap overseas, after relatively short Lakes careers, in 1980.

The head is severed from the body, again the lasers cauterize the blood vessels. At this point, he has passed out from the pain of it all. A Cyberman torso is lowered into position now and attached to the legs and head. The artificial organs in the torso take over for sustaining the head.
One of the old Dogs of War Giants of Albion models serves as skeleton for the model, covered in lots of green stuff to give it some bulk.
Rear arms come from the plastic giant, front arms from minotaurs & the blades from Ogre Tyrants. The head is modeled over a Carnifex skull. Horns come from various sources.
A good on-the-farm welder with a shop can make this in a day. It's not for the road, but it's handy back on the farm, hooked to a tractor. Wrecked/junked pickup trucks are generally available. Shelby County, February 2002

A revenant Revenant - Part One:
One of the effects Revenant Psykers of the Ynnari have is to rouse the spirits of the dead to a state of near-consciousness in their presence, as opposed to the sort of half-life they normally inhabit inside the Infinity Circuit. Here's a question though. What happens when you bring a soul back to near consciousness that's been interred into the shell of a Wraithguard? The first revelation would be that you discover that you are dead. Prior to this, you absent-mindedly wander through the swirling echoes of soulstuff, unable to differentiate the living from the dead. The second revelation would be that you discover you've been interred into what amounts to a mute sensory deprivation tank and used as a tool in the the most bloody and vicious conflicts your living kin have fought.
Consciousness inside a walking tomb is not a blessing, it's a curse.
