This controller will be instantly recognisable to a generation. I was thinking of my friend Emily and her love of Animal Crossing as I shot this picture.
Snail Run is a game + game controller designed by Li Hui Hui, Ou Yang and Hou Zhen Long during the ENIAROF workshop at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing. The workshop was organised by Antonin Fourneau, Douglas Edric Stanley and Cheng-Liang Wang with assistance from Linekernel and Robin Moretti. It was financed by France-China 50, in celebration of 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries; The Central Academy of Fine Arts; and The Aix-en-Provence School of Arts.

For the alt.crtl.gdc exhibition at the 2015 Game Developers Conference, Douglas Edric Stanley and Leanne Stanley rebuilt the Snail Controller while documenting their process. This how-to will be integrated into the future Book of Eniarof.

My good friend Smikas, gained his pilot's license in December 2011. Out for sunrises and treks with the camera mean't that most weekends when he pestered me to come flying, I was already out and about or busy with something else. Managed to get up there today and glad I did. Got a mix of aerial shots and details from on the ground. Good times.
Again, uncertain which I prefer. I think I like the blue background and the composition, but I wish the controller colour had been more like the other.
