Amateur radio controllers adjusting the dish azimuth settings near Parkes, Australia.

This radio telescope played an extraordinary role in the four-day Apollo XI mission in July 1969 by capturing and televising the historical lunar landing to the world. This was dramatised in a film called "The Dish" using this control panel mockup.

Quadrotor Flight Controller class at the HiTech STEM Lab at the East Columbia Branch of the HCLS. The purpose of the class is to introduce students to quadcopters through hand-on learning. The studets investigated the physics behind multirotor liftoff, stabilization, direction of flight, and landing the aircraft. Students worked in teams to assemble the

propulsion system and wire the flight controller and power system. Students honed their flight skills through a flight simulator before flight testing their builds in the final class.

Dirt, grime, scratches, marks, dents, sweat, & button smashing. I've had this controller ever since I got my Xbox 360.

I just got this off eBay as Im in search of a decent SNES controller for my FC Twin console. This is a "Super Pad" SNES controller. While it works pretty good (the D-Pad is somewhat better than the FC Twin pack-in controller), the controller is extremely lightweight, and the plastic while sturdy also feels thin. The cord length is also about half as long as a real SNES controller, so an extension cord might come in handy. The text to the right of the controller on the box is ripped off from a real SNES controller box.

hm, today I recived my christmas present, a RC Buggy (Ansmann DNA). I love it, but the first thing I did to it was torching it's cruise controller by reverse polarity (Lithium Polymer accumulator @7,4Volts/5000mAh).

*SLAP* at least it was a cheaper brushed controller. Next month I can exchange it for a brush less motor/controller combo. For now I ordered a 7 Euro spare.

The S controller for the XBox is a more compact controller that became the standard XBox controller shortly after the console’s release, after Microsoft realized that most of its customers were not mutants with overgrown hands. It’s still big, as far as controllers go, but it’s no longer freaking huge. The controller features the now fairly standard arrangement of two analog sticks (With clickable buttons), a D-Pad that’s rarely used, shoulder buttons, and four primary buttons arranged in a diamond shape. “Start” and “Back” are on the left side, while “White” and “Black” (Despite the fact that “White” is actually clear) are on the right side. In the top of the controller, stolen from the Dreamcast, are slots for memory cards that no one ever used for anything.

SYRACUSE, NY - Two CH-47 Chinook helicopters from Company B, 3rd Battalion, 126th Aviation located in Rochester, NY fly to Fort Drum, NY on March 14, 2015. The CH-47 passengers included 30 Airmen from the 274th Air Support Operations Squadron (ASOS), based at Hancock Field and the aircrew of the two CH-47F who trained together for the first time. The training included Joint Terminal Attack Controller (or JTAC) Airmen from the 274th ASOS conducting CH-47 helicopter familiarization training, safety briefings and embark and debark training before they flew to Fort Drum where they will train in CH-47 landing procedures and sling loading. In Afghanistan, CH-47s play a key role in moving troops in the high mountain regions because their dual rotors generate the lift necessary to operate at high altitudes.
