I am a physician who does not have diabetes. I decided to wear a continuous glucose monitor.
While I am not diabetic or pre-diabetic, I'm awed by the ability of the human body to regulate itself and the ability of humans in which regulation is compromised to achieve their life goals.
Reminder that I have no ties to, nor have I received any gifts, honoraria, meals, from any food, pharmaceutical, device, or diagnostics manufacturer. #ConflictFree #NoDollarsforThisDoc

Several years ago I planned on photograhing the former Assistant Secretary of Interior on steps of the Capitol Building with the dome in the background. The dome was under construction. A guard told me the current construction will be finished by inauguration.

Historic 1937 continuous polygonal Warren through truss bridge over the South Llano River in Junction, Texas. Funding for the project came from the Bureau of Public Roads (BPR). The BPR was created in 1918, but the agency’s road building efforts expanded dramatically under the New Deal. In 1939, the BPR became the Public Roads Administration (PRA) under the umbrella of the Federal Works Agency (FWA). The bridge originally carried State Hwy 27/US 290 (now Loop 481).
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996 (NRHP 96001124 as the State Highway 27 Bridge at the South Llano River).

All self made and shot--pushing the idea of a lace-up garment even further--can you make it lace all the way around the center back and front seam? Hand set many, many eyelets
Cheap filter with Vaseline to get some of the light glow/smudge effects
This life drawing was done in 10 minutes. It was hard for me to do as i love perfection and hate rushing things and didn't really enjoy it but actually as i carried on producing short timing life drawings my style became more free. I never liked this print but other people have told me it was successful and they were fond of the outcome. Now i see where they are coming from and the drawing has grown on me.
The terrain here has been edited to allow the ability of moving the terrain pieces from the left or right side to the opposite side of the map to have a repeating, continuous map.

A recent journey on a tube train: the carriages (or cars) were joined like bendi-buses. There was hardly any narrowing of the wide walkway at the joins.
19. Continuous Shooting Mode
Here I used the continuos shooting mode. I used this to have multiple frames where the kid was going down the slide, and picked the perfect one which shows his enjoyment to the max.
Kasia, my lovely model, asked me to take some pictures of her mohawk before her hair became too long to style.
I, of course, obliged.
This is from the second day of shooting in the college studio. I used one continuous light and a grey backdrop.

I'm a cheater. This is from a while ago. Well, actually it's only like a month old. It's not even my best firework picture, but I like the smoke that's in it. But I feel like it fits, because I was gonna take a picture of the moon tonight. But it's too beautiful for a picture. I'm going to go outside, cuddle up with a blanket, and think.
Master plan Arnhem Central, Netherlands, UNStudio - Ben van Berkel and Caroline Bos - 1996–2015
Arnhem Central is a large urban plan development composed of diverse elements which amassed constitute a vibrant transport hub. The master plan incorporates office space, shops, housing units, a new station hall, a railway platform and underpass, a car tunnel, bicycle storage and a large parking garage. A project with such an intricate set of requirements necessitates a methodological approach that can accommodate the hybrid nature of the development. The dynamic nature of the Deep Planning process allows the locus to fuse elements of time, occupant trajectories and program into an efficient and integral system. Housed under a continuous roof element these programs constitute one of the main thresholds into Arnhem, its architecture adding to the iconography of the city.
