This is the current view from our porch. This unit used to have an unobstructive view of downtown L.A., the Beverly Center, The Pacific Design Center, etc. Now we see wood!
Instead of doing the normal "Fix it Friday," I Heart Faces is changing it up a little and helping us beginners with editing tips... providing us with some much needed constructive feedback.
I normally use Aperture for Macs to edit my photos, but I occasionally use Picnik. (I haven't ventured into the complicated world of photoshop... yet!) But, I am stuck on this one... any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Below you'll see my edited version. I chose black & white because the colors bother me in my original photo. I would like to know how to improve the coloring, because I think that is my main problem here. I think that it looks very orange-ish. Thank you so much for your help & advice!!!
