Strobist: Shot with 4 Canon 580 Flashes. Flash 1 directly above the fish tank with a Honl 1/4" grid and soft gel and lights the hand and splash. Flash 2 pointed at background used another 1/4" grid with a red gel creating the red spot. Flash 3 was behind (2 oclock), and above the water line at a 45 degree angle to the top of the water giving the red water surface. Flash 4 was off to the left and behind with an 1/8" grid and soft gel giving some light behind the hand. Drop, click, drop, click, repeat, repeat.
F11, 160th. Flashes set between 1/8th and 1/2 power depending on grid used and amount of light needed.

Not sure what to call this and it makes it feel incomplete, but that's okay. Sometimes things are better left unfinished. I'm leaving it for you to decide what this is about. For me, it feels very personal, and that confuses me because I shot this completely rushed, and trying to beat the rain.
A day in Kochi Fort was a real visual treat. This above scene remembered me about a good example of conceptual contrast and lovely blue sky and its reflection urged me to picturize it.
Place: Kochi Fort.
Kerala, India.
Woke up feeling under the weather this morning...took some photos. A lot of them are out of focus to show my emotion.
P.S. NO, I WAS NOT ACTUALLY USING THE BATHROOM...

This is part of a series of images that will be used for my final year dissertation. The subject is conceptual art and photography which includes a written essay as well as a visual final piece.
The images help to portray the types of feelings of anger, confusion and frustration etc. that the subject of conceptual art arouses amongst not only myself, but many others. The essay itself features as part of my photographs, like the essay is the piece of art and use photography to document the idea, just like the conceptualists.
In this image the essay (the conceptual piece of art) is being scraped from a wall.
Materials: Plywood with 'brick like' paper wallpapered to it. Then stuck my essay on the wall...
Equipment: Digital. Camera set on timer.
