I'm struggling to come up with a good Title for this one. There is so much I want to say about this image, but I'm not sure how to put it into words yet. I'm loving hearing what it means to others for now though. I've been incredibly touched by some interpretations. www.facebook.com/B.FOX.PHOTOGRAPHY
Today I did a photoshoot with my brother. I really enjoyed it. I hope we repeat something like this soon! We had to climb so much to go to this place and it was getting late. I thought I was going to miss the light of the day. But we had the golden hour. It was worth the climb. I had fun and ended up to be a productive day. I like the final pictures. I hope you like it too! :)
Dark is thickening and embracies the world. Evil is seeking to kill the light and it will unless we resist .

“She kept her prisoners in an iron cage that hung from an enormous beam spanning the ceiling. They dangled there, their arms and legs tied, swaying side to side as they struggled to free themselves. In the days after they were caught, they always had so much energy and spirit.
After a week they weren't moving much due to emaciation and dehydration. This is when she called for her vermin to feed. With a motion of her arm and a ruby glow from her eyes, the disheveled cabin awoke with life and movement. From every floorboard and wall crawled insects and rats, scattering toward the cage with a crazed vigor. The descended upon the restrained victims, their desperate screams lasting for hours as they were devoured bite by bite, thousands of legs bracing against their skin as minute mouths ripped tiny bits of flesh away.
When silence finally returned and the feast was over, she entered the cage to claim her prize. The bones, picked perfectly clean by her miniature servants, were collected from the bloody floor. She cleaned them meticulously and adorned her walls with them, letting out a deep sigh of satisfaction as the gruesome ornaments gave her soul pleasure.” -M.D. Walter

Stiff, uncomfortable pose, a tad threatening, ready to spring to life.
Art can be damn liberating. An oasis where you can share what you see, limited only by your ability. Not the confines of someone else’s box. Not what the weight of the world has thrown at you today. This piece is one of the more meaningful ones to me because where somatic woe mentally takes a toll, pixels allow you to build a world outside of pain and fear. Build an avatar. A place where you’re free to be comfortable in your freaky skin >:D.
