I always have surprises popping up in my compost area. Here is a mystery squash/gourd/pumpkin plant and a mystery tomato plant (and in the background you can see a nice start of morning glory). So we will see what late summer reveals.

Mowed at the same time and equal water. The only difference is the addition of aerated compost tea 6 weeks earlier. Brown post in the middle is the border.

Compostion practice! This was a first pass - need to go back and thunbnail several varient layouts but with all the same elements.
compostables are nestled between two layers of netting. items break down over time and feed plants at base. I'm guessing that I could eventually put plants into the fence!
