The author, theater & film maker, and composer Sebastian Ugovsky on the lam and location scouting into the wild and woods on top of the European fold mountains near the borders of Italy and Switzerland. Over a week far from any semblance of civilization over the clouds, equipped only with a camera and woodcraft.
The composer Thomas Arne (1710-78) was born, baptised, lived and died in Covent Garden, London. He wrote music for some 90 theatre productions, but he’s best known for two rousing compositions – A-Hunting We Shall Go and Rule, Britannia.
Arne is buried in the graveyard of St Paul's church (“The Actors’ Church”) in Covent Garden. This is his commemorative plaque on one of the walls. He lived in King Street, just a few paces from the church, and you can see his very unusual English Heritage Blue Plaque here.
