Nearing completion.

 

The main components assembled, this time with the skin and tail piece fitted.

 

The white areas on the skin are talcum powder that wasn't completely removed during the soaking process.

 

The skin has been stained brown using instant coffee granules.

Disks, Cones. Bottom chain also from Simon.

 

Middle from Sammy in Makina Market:

End Caps, Round End Caps, Cones in German Silver (Nickel) and Brass. He can do "shiny" or "antiqued" finishes.

 

Top Right disks from Jacaranda Workshops. Available in multiple sizes.
