A hiking holiday in the Cairngorms which hits all the top spots on the hit list for visitors to Scotland: a bit of culture (castles and whisky); a bit of wildlife (badgers and the reclusive pine martens) and memorable days out immersed in the Scottish landscape.
This coped stone, complete with cross, is situated in the eastern unconsecrated section of the cemetery and is inscribed :-

Ok, so I finally got some time to get out and do some shooting since I've been home. I decided to play with shutter speeds and flash. This is an example of fast shutter speed and fill light. Actually it wasn't that fast, 1/180, but fast enough to freeze the bee's wings. I would have like to get the bee going in for the pollination, but there seemed to be a deeper meaning for me at the time with the bee leaving having completed his mission. GO BEES!!!!
Feedback is encouraged and appreciated.
My Mini Cardi is finished!
Mostly, I think this picture explains why I shouldn't try to photograph myself. ^.~ I will have Soren take some better shots at some point.

Now I get to disassemble and sand. And prime, and paint, and install, and mount the hardware, and make the top and sand the top and finish the top and install the top and install the sink and hook up the plumbing and finish the crown, base, and case molding and re-hang the door and change the vent fan and the bathroom will be finished.
