As in, feet for the 12 inch dolls. I'll have to take a better photo tomorrow, but at least you can tell that the normal skin tone is very close to Obitsu normal (left). Dark is a bit lighter than regular tan Fashionista Barbie (right).
Both the barbie and the Dollmore dark foot look darker here than irl.
Comparison of the original and upgraded ZX Spectrum rear ports. 9V DC power, EAR and MIC sockets are identical, the expantion port becomes 4 USB 2.0 powered ports and the phono TV socket becomes an HDMI port for digital TV. The only modification required on the case was to make the TV socket slightly wider. I decided against bringing out the SVIDEO socket on the Beagleboard to minimise the modifications to the Spectrum case.
Car decided to give up on me at the gas station today. I'm hoping it's not the starter. Anyhow while it was being towed, it reminded me of one of the new LEGO sets and made me smile.
Comparison with Osato Pagos.. There is small size difference and the horns on its forehead are in different spots.

As you can see the match is quite good. There is a slight difference, but it could easily be blushed.

natural light vs. strobist
A lot of photographers talk about being masters of natural light. For fun I did a little comparison to see if all the work it takes to set up a "strobist" shot is really worth all the time and effort one takes to set up the shot. I know there is a time and place for natural light, don't get me wrong. But can you honestly tell me the natural light shot above is a shot that says "wow! look at me?" In this instance, I feel like the "natural light" shot is just a snapshot. Anyone could have taken this shot? For the strobist, there is a sense of artistry involved. Feel free to add your comments and thoughts. I am very interested in hearing what other photographers have to say about this debate between the two forms!

I expected more from Littlefee, but she can't lift her leg up higher, without it looking weird. Doll Leaves is the second worst leg lifter.

All my life, I've been told how much like my dad I am. Especialy as I headed into my adulthood.

This studio aimed at constructing my argument towards "Utopia". Followed by weeks of study on the utopian vision since 1920, I moved on to design my future city in a wetland , Dongtan, Shanghai. I envision that in year 2508, after a catastrophe caused by pollution, people will be living in capsules. This gigantic organism,which carry the capsules will walk freely across the wetland, the last restore of human kind.

Comparison of 2 focal lengths and resolving power.
It didn't cross my mind to shoot in the exact same position with the 18mm, so for comparison, please look at the top left corner of the 18mm frame. It's the bridge-thing on top of the 3 blue towers (Marina Bay Sands Hotel)

I had someone on YouTube ask for comparison shots of my Vito boy next to a doll in the SD size range as well as a JID boy (included my Fairyland MNF A-line boy just cuz).
The Vito really doesn’t really fit that well with dolls as big as my YID Justin. He’s about the right height for a short adult or a young teen, but his head proportions are too small and Vito boys generally have pretty adult-like faces so... xD I’ve always personally preferred Vitos with mature minis, since they generally just look like taller than average people or whatever.
SLR Magic HyperPrime 12mm F1.6 compared to Olympus M.Zuiko 9-18mm/4.0-5.6 and Olympus M.Zuiko 45/1.8 (which is equal in size to the M.Zuiko 12/2.0).
