Como is a city and comune in Lombardy, Italy. It is the administrative capital of the Province of Como.
Its proximity to Lake Como and to the Alps has made Como a tourist destination, and the city contains numerous works of art, churches, gardens, museums, theatres, parks, and palaces: the Duomo, seat of the Diocese of Como; the Basilica of Sant'Abbondio; the Villa Olmo; the public gardens with the Tempio Voltiano; the Teatro Sociale; the Broletto or the city's medieval town hall; and the 20th-century Casa del Fascio.

Above the 18-foot lobby ceiling of the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, is a coffer filled with the most extraordinary glass sculpture, a chandelier called Fiori di Como by glass sculptor Dale Chihuly. Chihuly's work has been exhibited in every major museum in the world. This stunning piece is comprised of 2,000 hand-blown glass blossoms. Fiori di Como means "Flowers of Como". The Bellagio Hotel was inspired by the hotel on Lake Como in Italy. Fiori di Como is the largest glass sculpture ever made.

Ruta cuyo itinerario discurre en el entorno de las pistas de esquí nórdico de Llanos del Hospital en el Valle de Benasque. La ruta tiene su inicio en el Plan del Hospital atravesando en su recorrido bellos parajes como el Plan de Estan y el Plan de la Besurta para llegar finalmente hasta el espectacular Plan d´Aiguallut con magnificas vistas al pico Aneto. Se trata de recorrer una parte del conocido como Camino dels Aranesos que originalmente unía el Plan del Hospital con el Valle de Arán.
El recorrido se divide en tres tramos, un primer tramo muy corto y sencillo hasta el Plan de l'Estan, un segundo tramo tambien muy sencillo hasta la Besurta y un tramo final algo más exigente aunque accesible a cualquier senderista acostumbrado a la montaña hasta el Forau d´Aiguallut.
Route whose itinerary runs around the Nordic ski slopes of Llanos del Hospital in the Benasque Valley. The route begins in the Pllan del Hospital, passing through beautiful places such as the Plan de Estan and the Plan de la Besurta to finally reach the spectacular Plan d'Aiguallut with magnificent views of the Aneto peak. It involves walking through a part of what is known as the Camino dels Aranesos, which originally linked the Hospital Plan with the Aran Valley.
The route is divided into three sections, a first very short and easy section to Plan de l'Estan, a second section that is also very simple to Besurta and a final section that is somewhat more demanding although accessible to any hiker accustomed to the mountains until the Forau d'Aiguallut.

Christmas lights and decorations in a well-known restaurant in the village of Navacerrada, Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, Madrid, Spain.
There were much people taking selfies and pictures of their children sitting on the carriage you can see in front of the restaurant. It was like a fairground.

Había mucha gente tomando selfies y fotos de sus hijos sentados en el carruaje que se puede ver frente al restaurante. Era como una atracción de feria

Tajinaste rojo del Teide.Parecen plantas que saliendo de la lava como un gran espectáculo de la naturaleza, exuberantes, como gigantes vegetales en comparación con las demás plantas que crecen en el inmenso cráter de Las Cañadas del Teide.Los Tajinates no le temen a nada, ni al viento, ni a la sequía, ni al sol del mediodía, ni al frío de la noche.

Kaysersberg, Alsace, France.
Kaysersberg es una pequeña ciudad entre Riquewihr y Colmar en el departamento de Haut-Rhin de la región de Alsacia. En general, se considera una de las ciudades más impresionantes de Alsacia, especialmente en el centro medieval de la ciudad.
La ciudad se encuentra en un entorno muy pintoresco, en un valle rodeado de viñedos y con colinas boscosas que se elevan por encima de la ciudad.
Tan pronto como entre en Kaysersberg, encontrará la agradable plaza principal, rodeada de muchos edificios pintados de madera y una calle principal muy agradable.
Al caminar por la calle principal y llegar al río, aquí es donde la ciudad se vuelve realmente encantadora. A lo largo de las orillas del río hay numerosas casas de madera medio pintadas de vivos colores, y el río Weiss está atravesado por un precioso puente de piedra fortificado del siglo XVI que añade aún más encanto a la encantadora imagen.

Kaysersberg is a small town between Riquewihr and Colmar in the Haut-Rhin department of the Alsace region. It is generally considered to be one of the most impressive of the Alsace towns, particularly in the town's medieval centre.
The town is in a very picturesque setting, in a valley surrounded by vineyards and with forested hills rising above the town.
As soon as you enter Kaysersberg you fnd the nice main square which is surrounded by lots of painted half-timber buildings, and a very pleasant main street.
As you walk down the main street and reach the river this is where the town becomes really lovely. Along the edges of the river there are numerous brightly painted half-timber houses, and the Weiss river is crossed by a lovely 16th century fortified stone bridge further adding to the charming picture - delightful!
Another notable landmark within the town is the 13th-15th century Church Sainte-Croix. The front facade is among the oldest parts of the church, and in roman style - enter the church through the ornately carved doorway to see the impressive 16th century altarpiece by Jean Bongart.
Brunate overlooks Como, which lies on the shore of Lake Como some 500 metres below. For a short time in the late 12th century Brunate was an independent commune, but in 1240 it reverted to the suzerainty of Como. Como and Brunate are linked by a steep, narrow, winding road, and by the Como to Brunate funicular. Alessandro Volta lived in Brunate for a short period and the Bulgarian poet Pencho Slaveykov died in the town on 10 June 1912.
