The Carlisle Thundering Herd football team won Friday's away non-conference game against the Red Land Patriots, by a score of 30 - 22. The refs in this game tried their best to give the Patriots the game, making a few questionable calls against the Herd. But the Herd were able to take advantage of five turnovers by the Patriots and that was the difference in the game. The Herd need to tighten up on their Special Teams and tackling.

I've been really trying to stick to a consistent workout regimen for the past few months. Some weeks, it goes really well; others, I fail spectacularly. But I'm committed to staying active, even if it's just taking Callie for a walk or doing a few lunges every day. So last night, after a week off, I rolled out the yoga mat and did some ab and leg work. I'm definitely feeling it today!
