Little Miss Fae (Ch. Kelin's A Touch of Highland Magic) finished her AKC Championship yesterday at the young age of 8 months. She did so in style collecting 4 majors and going BOS over specials on multiple occations including at the 2011 North Florida Chow Club shows at the beginning of January.
We are quite proud of this little girl, mom has the chows but I am co-breeder of this beautiful litter and I was the one lucky enough to have handled her to all her wins all from the Bred by Exhibitor Class. Fae looks and acts so much like her father Duncan who passed away in July (2 months after they were born).
Sediment samples were taken from two oyster growing areas and sediment and benthos modification by borrowing ghost shrimp detailed.

Een merel in Blankenese (Hamburg)
Blankenese 12h30, tijd voor de lunchpauze. Langs de Elbchaussee is het mooi rijden, maar veel van de Elbe ziet men er evenwel niet. In deze mooie buurt staan grote villa's i grote domeinen tussen de Elbe en de straat.
Kort voor Blankenese is er wel een kleine plek van waar er een mooie panorama is. Een mooie dikke boom, enkele zitbanken, en goed maar wel vrij fris weer. Een geschikte plek om rustig te lunchen en te genieten van enkele uit Hamburg meegebrachte Fischbrötchen. Plots dook deze mannetjesmerel op. Blijkbaar geïnteresseerd in mijn aanwezigheid zette hij zich redelijk dichtbij op een boom. Hij was zelf zo vriendelijk niet weg te vliegen en geduldig te wachten tot ik de telelens op het toestel geplaatst had. Hij hield me wel goed in te gaten, maar poseerde toch fier voor de lens.
Dank U vogeltje, hij heeft toch een stukje van het Fischbrötchen gekregen. Wellicht was het hem net daarom te doen, de schooier. Ik vond het wel gezellig, en de broodjes waren heel lekker.
Eine Amsel in Blankenese (Hamburg)
Blankenese 12:30. Zeit zum Mittagessen. Entlang der Elbchaussee ist es schön zu Fahren, aber viel von der Elbe sieht man hier nicht. In dieser schönen Gegend stehen große Villen zwischen der Fluß und die Straße, und benehmen jeder sicht auf der Elbe. Kurz vor Blankenese gibt es eine kleine ecke, wo es ein schönes Panorama gibt. Eine schöner großer Baum, einige Bänke, und schönes Wetter. Ein geeigneter Ort ruhig meine lunch zu genießen. Heute stehen einige aus Hamburg mitgebrachte Fischbrötchen aufs Menu. Plötzlich tauchte eine Amsel auf, ein Männchen. Offenbar interessiert in meiner Gegenwart kam er ganz in der Nähe an einen Baum sitzen. Er selbst war so nett, nicht weg zu fliegen und geduldig zu warten, bis dem Teleobjektiv auf die Kamera gelegt wurde. Er hat mich gut beobachtet, aber sich stolz vor mein Objektiv gestellt.
Danke Vogel, er hat dann noch ein Stück von dem Fischbrötchen erhalten.
Vielleicht war es ihm nur darum zu tun. Ich fand es gemütlich, und die Fischbrötchen waren sehr lecker..

Amad Diallo would join Manchester United from Atalanta in last year’s summer transfer window.
The 19-year-old would spend much of his first season lining out for Man United’s under-23 side.
But he was still able to make eight senior appearances, and would score his first goal for the Red Devils in a 1-1 draw with AC Milan in the Europa League.
But given Diallo’s age, lack of first-team experience and the fact Man United have brought in Jadon Sancho this summer, it was not too surprising to see reports earlier this month suggesting that the Ivorian would leave United on loan this summer:

Diallo looking to stay at Man United?
However, if Diallo gets his way, it appears that he would rather stay put at Old Trafford this year.
Diallo would speak to Man United’s club media about his recent stint in the Olympics and when doing so, appeared to drop some hints over what he wants for his future this season.
Firstly, he stated that we (Man United) are working really hard to make sure they can reach their targets this year:
“The first training session back with the team gives you a great feeling, because I have been at home for two weeks .

A birthday weekend in Derby visiting Gemma.
It was my birthday on the MOnday, then on the Friday it was Gemma's.
Saturday morning we went to Dovedale for a walk through the most amazingly beautiful landscape.
I absolutely love it there. Heaven on Earth.

Our annual September trip to Newcastle, our favourite city.
Saturday was the Ladyboys of Bangkok show, the reason we always come to Newcastle in September.
Despite it being truly vile outside with freezing rain and wild winds, we had a brilliant show! Sat right at the stage.
Several of the dancers ercognised us from previous years and acknowledged us from the stage. And as usual we went on stage at half time to get our picture taken with them.
An amazing show!
We did go to The Bank for a drink afterwards and the plan had been for our lovely friend Fiona to come and meet us but it was so horrible outside that we cancelled that and went back to the hotel after one drink. We were back in the hotel room before 10.30!
Despite that, what an awesome night and a brilliant weekend.

This is actually from a while back, I'm running out of room and will have to buy a pro account soon. Sorry for my random leave of absence, I'm probably taking another one to go to Hawaii tomorrow. For the Saturday night we had a brilliant night at Humber Social for their 80s night Elerctric Dreams. We danced the whole night!
Also I bumped into an old friend I hadn't seen in years!

Gemma was up for a Hull weekend. We went to see my dear friend Andrew's Daughter Yasmin Coe playing with her band at the Polar Bear Music Club.
A very full evening! We went to Cognac for amazing French food, then on to Prince;s Avenue for a drink before heading round to the Polar Bear.
Yasmin was amazing! She is going places. Look out for her. Andrew was such a proud Dad!
