1 1/2 lbs cod
2 tbsp light margarine
4 tbsp flour
1 1/2 skim milk
salt
pepper
1/2 cup fat-free shredded cheddar
1/2 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Boil cod in large pot of lightly salted water
In seperate smaller pot, melt marge, stir in flour, milk, salt and pepper.
Seperate cod into smaller flakes. Put one layer of cod in 1 1/2 qt, greased casserole dish, then spread half the creamy mixture over the top, then repeat these layers.
Top with cheeses and bake for 25 minutes.
Total recipe = 27 points.
(I had 1/6th, which was 4 1/2 points. I had this with 1 point of potato and a ton of broccoli for a 5.5 point total. Very filling!)

The door to the COD Garage, Minden, NV
This door is visible in the 1989 movie The Wizard, starring Fred Savage and the Power Glove. Incredibly, the stickers are mostly unchanged, more than 20 years later.
