My folks cat is an old fella now, around 20 human years. He used to be vicious and would attack for no reason. He has mellowed a lot in his old age, and is quite sweet now, but I'm still a bit wary of him.
He originally belonged to my folks Korean neighbors, but spent lots of time at mum and dad's, and when the neighbours moved overseas they adopted him.
His first language is Cat, but he knows Korean and English as well ;-)

Just too cute not to post!
Got my new Tamron 70-180 f/2.8 yesterday and I was just playing around last night. This was a really low light environment and I am very impressed with this lens after just a few frames.
The A7R3 IBIS did remarkably well considering the slow shutter speed at this focal length. So did the Animal Eye AF. The focus on the eye is pin-sharp. Noise at ISO 1000 was negligible and not offensive.
Over all, quite pleased so far.
Thank you very much for the likes, views and comments.

The scarlet macaw (Ara macao) is a large yellow, red and blue parrot native to humid evergreen forests of the Americas
It is the national bird of Honduras.
In some areas, it has suffered local extinction because of habitat destruction, or capture for the parrot trade, but in other areas, it remains fairly common. Like its relative the blue-and-yellow macaw, the scarlet macaw is a popular bird in aviculture as a result of its striking plumage.

Coco is also starting to grow some tufts. In the coming weeks, the red squirrels get their winter pelt. Looking forward to seeing them all fluffy again :) (Squirrels-2019-1830.jpg)
