Revision de-saturates original. The revision also brings out shadows and crepuscular rays to the right of the cumulo-form cloud.

A somewhat successful storm chase in July. Would have been a perfect stormy night had there been less clouds to capture more like this. Unfortunately with all the overcast, it blocked most all of the awesomeness of a storm loaded with endless potential.
Spending some time on this very rainy holiday morning 🤔going through some old files. I found this one I took about 18 months ago on a late winter morning.
Bellevue, WA rising up are the skyscrapers, tall and proud. What I like best are the colors and how the glass reflects.

On the beach at Jaguar Reef Lodge in Belize at night there was an amazing cloud formation that hid the moon and created this light and dark contrast.
Sunrise over the icy banks. I established some leading lines with the ice cracks...but I just love the color in the water's reflection. This was a 1 second exposure. Press L for best viewing. Hope you enjoy.

Key West, an island city, is part of the Florida Keys and the state's southernmost point, lying roughly 90 miles north of Cuba.

After a day of flat, rain laden skies, I had given up all hope of getting a decent shot. After packing the camera away for the night, I settled down for the evening and went to draw the blinds... and nearly choked when I saw the pink skies in the east, after the sun had set. Cue running out in slippers and taking a very quick shot from the front of the house. Sometimes I forget to be thankful for the stunning views I enjoy every day, whether the skies are grey or painted with the colours of sunset
Herrlicher Sonnenschein gepaart mit z.T. kräftigen Regenschauern machten den heutigen Feiertag ziemlich abwechslungsreich in Güstrow. Beim Spazierengehen musste man jedoch aufpassen, nicht total nass zu werden.
