Port Beach this evening, with the stormfront on its way. It made for a very dramatic and painterly sunset, reminiscent of the works of the French landscape painters of the 18th Century.
Recently started taking an Acrylic painting class and this was our first assignment - we all had to paint clouds. Acrylics are so different than watercolors. I had to rethink my process.
I love cloudy days like today, there is always something interesting to daydream about while looking at them!
