A poetry of clouds in Chiloé, when I was on the bus to Santiago.
LOW CLOUDS
Drove my niece to work on the northern end of Las Vegas Blvd. and notice the colors being reflected on the low lying clouds. This was about an hour before sunrise so all the colors are from the buildings below it.

A cloud is a visible mass of droplets or frozen crystals floating in the atmosphere above the surface of the Earth or another planetary body. A cloud is also a visible mass attracted by gravity (clouds can also occur as masses of material in interstellar space, where they are called interstellar clouds and nebulae.) The branch of meteorology in which clouds are studied is nephology or cloud physics.
While out on a drive around the neighborhood I noticed these amazing clouds. Thanks to macgrrl84, we've learned these are an example of mammatus, or mammatocumulus clouds.
You can't walk on those streets in the sky.... cumulus clouds over the lower Ebro valley. Seen from the our house in the country.

I haven't been shooting lately due to a myriad of reasons, which is mostly weather, so I dug this out of my archives of shots I passed over after my trip out west. I shot this wall cloud at Holbrook Arizona with a monsoon that chased us from Williams.
