As the moon was full tonight I went out again, but armed this time with my tripod, although most of the evening the moon was hidden behind the clouds.

However I liked the effect it caused on the clouds and this then gave me some ideas to start playing around in photoshop.

In this one I loved the effect of the clouds but the moon was too bright, so it had to go!

The location was on the west facing escarpment known locally as Lincoln Edge, in the cathedral city of Lincoln. The viewpoint gives a clear view of west Lincolnshire and the Nottinghamshire plain.

Gloucestershire, England. August 2008

This photo was taken on the bus between Gloucester and Stratford-upon-Avon. I was absolutely blown away by the cloud formations in the English countryside.
