We stopped by the side of the road for this shot, and were then stuck in mud for 2 hours! Even after 5 guys tried to push our car out, we eventually called the roadside assistance to use a winch.
So, I hope you like this picture!

May 20, 2011. (168/365) I took this on my commute home. Hey, this is PA. We don't get cool clouds like this very often!
Staying with the butterfly, I was eventually treated to this dorsal (top) view. It seems odd that with some butterflies, the ventral view ids the most colorful, and yet with others the dorsal view is the more colorful.
That fact may well play an important part to survival against predation.
Zion National Park is an American national park located in Southwestern Utah near the city of Springdale. A prominent feature of the 229-square-mile (590 km2) park is Zion Canyon, which stretches 15 miles (24 km) long and spans up to half a mile (800 m) deep. It cuts through the reddish and tan-colored Navajo Sandstone by the North Fork of the Virgin River. Captured this photo at the entrance to Bird Haven west of Qinghai Lake. With no doubt, this pair of wings escorted us for the rest of our journey.
You can see the clouds getting thicker as you look East (the right side of the picture). Yes, these clouds were spread all over people's driveways as snow just a few days later...
