whats yours?

i was lucky enough to have this spectacular view to stare at for a few hours today. It left me mesmerized!

This was taken few seconds before the nice little boat ride turn into a bad one...There was cones of water going up, high wind, bigger waves. We saw few trees that were broke because of the high wind, some place lost electricity, it was nasty.

Taken in the summer as an afternoon storm was approaching looking like a giant spaceshop or a atomic explosion which it sort of is but its only water vapor luckily. Fun to watch about 100 miles east of the Teton mountain range .

This is how it can look when you are passing though the cloud gate on Mauna Kea. It is a beautiful and safe drive up to the visitor center, and when you finally arrive, you are at one of (if not) the most famous astronomy spots on earth.

I really loved how the clouds created this layer that made the mountain tops look like islands and the city below seemed to be this hidden, underwater world. I wished I had a good camera with me but they say the best camera is the one you have so... here ya go
