i used the manual pasta rolling machine to roll out the pasta flic.kr/p/2qyWLMW
finally it's clicked how to roll out the pasta using the pasta rolling machine without gumming up the works
before heading to the machine, roll out the well kneaded pasta no thicker than the gap created by the number 1 position on the rollers
look at the number 1 position gap between the rollers and don't put the well kneaded pasta dough between the rollers until the thickness of the pasta dough is that of the number 1 gap or less
result, the dough rolled out nicely, no iffy moments flic.kr/p/2r7C28e such as pasta dough getting completely wrapped around the rollers and having to be scrapped off, not good :(
