Looking back at the old ARC Troopers and commanders, I think they used too mach starch when washing their kamas and pauldrons.
This idea came from M&R Movies Productions.
I lied. Using the frame from my <3 Suit, I made a good Clone hardsuit. Why? Because the Republic needs to crush droids, and I couldn't find a good design.
A Badass unit of clones. The leader looks angry!
I used whiteboards and a Joby Gorilla Lamp, ( I believe it's called ) suspended from the ceiling.
I wanted to try out a cut technique that Kyle Hardisty came up with except I used a washable Crayola marker. Comments mean more than favorites, so if you comment please favorite. :)
Lego 501st Clone Troopers (Purist)
L-R:
Hero (similar to the soldier class but very OP and loads of
health, like a Jedi in SWB)
Medic (Healing abilities, think of a TF2 medic)
Warrior (Pretty good all round, average stats)
Heavy (Loads of health, powerful attacks that can't be used often and are slow)
Elite (Long Range attacks, quick, very agile)

Well, my football season ended prematurely, leading to more free time. With my ample time, I realized how distant from the hobby I was. So to make up for spare time, I did something I have always wanted to do, make my own Commando. I bought Star Wars: Republic Commando back in the summer, and I instantly fell in love with the game. This, and the release of Star Wars Battlefront II, revived the drive of wanting to dig out the tools and work with my parts. Also, I just realized that I missed my 7 year anniversary, which has also lead me on a trip down memory lane. I am more than grateful for the relationships and fun I have had on this website, and I hope that this will continue. Anyways, I'm done with the personal stuff, on to the figure.
The figure I have created is based off the basic Republic Commando from the Star Wars Universe. His name and color scheme are based off of my High School Football teams colors, maroon and white. The helmet and backpack were base commando parts from Clone Army Customs. The chest piece, knee pads, shoulder pads, and pouches are made from ProCreate. The crotch and ab pieces are cut from the Spartan Armor from BrickForge. I painted this myself with Apple Barrel and Citadel Paints.
This shot was honestly a random thought that I decided to bring to life in Lego, and it was the perfect opportunity to assemble a couple of my older Clone Troopers with this new Ahsoka figure! Without LEGO's awesome new facial expression for this character, this shot would have been pretty odd if she had been smirking…
Also to be chronologically clear, I am well aware that Ahsoka was never assigned to the invasion of Umbara.
Have you ever wanted to go camping, but just didn't have enough space for all your clones in your SUV? (I'm talking to YOU, Jango Fett!) Well, with the brand-spankin'-new VW Clone Turbo Van with Turbo Teardrop Trailer, you can cast all your worries aside! This van is equipped with state-of-the-art eight-wheel independent suspension that's great for rough woodland terrain conquests, and has enough firepower to rid your campsite of any unwanted guests - bears, wolves, Halfbeak's Bigfoot Ornithopter, or even racoons! This must-have mammoth is available in grey, grey, and grey! Buy now at your local SWVW dealership!
Upon reviewing my old commando template, I figured it was inaccurate and outdated. I remade the leg, arm, and helmet templates to better match the clone wars commandos seen on the show.
Please check out the alternative views to see the details put into it! If you fave, comment too please. Thanks to Arealight for the amazing backpack and helmet!

Hello friends! I apologize for my lack of activity in the past weeks. I have been spending more time with family and working over the summer but I've also been working on some new photos. I will be away for one more week this summer so I won't have any new content coming out but I look forward to showing you guys what I'm working on.
In light of yesterday's announcement from the Clone Wars panel at San Diego Comic Con I thought it appropriate to join in the celebration of the return of a certain popular Star Wars television show haha! We are final going to get a proper end to The Clone Wars and hopefully one more team up with Anakin, Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, and Rex! Enjoy this good news, God bless and may the force be with you, always.
I finally got around to building this moc, this is an extremely modified version of the one sold on republicbricks, I added a ton more tiles to it and took the 501st colour scheme from remcorohaan's beautiful minifig scale shuttle. Really proud of this :)

Karriem & I did a couple of clone shots yesterday, this is OK, but stay tuned for some action Cloning coming soon.
Never really showed off my clones but here they are. Not I have multiples of some of these.
Also Andrew does this help?
Well this week I didn't have any homework so i thought I would finish editing this photo.... Now the photo is old as hell, but i wanted to give it a white background! Its not the best editing, considering i did it in Paint, but atleast it did the job.
Ohh and thanks to MLD Customs for designing the feet decals, and DeanLego for designing Rex's legs decal.
Another one from yesterday morning, this was my first visit to Charlie's Garden.
Waves spraying sea water everywhere & covering my filters!! done my best to clone out as much as possible!

I am still wondering...................who's imitating who? By the way , if you like illusions!
I was watching Ep. 2 the other day and was thinking "WOW! Clone Wars helmets and Ep. 2 Clone helmets are a bit different." Then I thought "I can do that"
It's not Lego, it's just a pet project of mine. Yes, this is a mini Clone trooper, more specifically a RISK playing piece, that I really wanted to paint. I think he looks fine, and even has those blue lines on the sides of his helmet. However, I have very few RISK playing pieces to paint. If someone could help me out, and help me acquire some more, such as RISK Legacy, perhaps, that'd be great. The figure is less than an inch tall, and took only a few hours to finish.
Tell me what you think!
