Photo was taken at Crazy Kobold Creations Sandbox area, where I found a nicely Geonosis shaded Cliff area lining the build zone.

General Kenobi,

Clone,

Clone,

Clone.

Clone,

Clone,

First Blood! I thought I ruined this guy but thankfully I didn't! I know I've been inactive recently but this week closes out finals and I'll resume posting like the good ol'days.

My first attepmt at the clone. Was lucky to get the wife to help me with it.

Tada!! This is my first clone ever!!

I see everyone else's and think they're just amazing and just sort of always wrote myself off as not good enough to do that.

I had a crap day yesterday and last night on a whim at one in the morning (ok, well that makes it today, but you get it) I just decided I was going to try it. This is my first attempt! I was going to just leave it with the two jumping, but added the one with my back turned for more practice.

I'm so glad I tried! I'm super psyched about this!

I definitely think I'm going to make this a habit! =D

(Yeah, I made another one of my niece...I was up 'til about 4:30 in the morning with it. It's so much fun! haha!) I'll upload it tomorrow I think.

Also, it's better bigger. You can achieve this view by tapping L on your keyboard. =)

What do you guys think?

Classic Clone Wars:

Something I've always thought about: what if Lego made a set wave in 2003 based on the 2003 animated series Star Wars: Clone Wars?

I've taken a few creative liberties with hairpieces, leg prints ect. But I think it turned out pretty nice. Not much was changed with the pre existing Asajj Ventress minifigure, mainly because I think her decals kind of fit well for the classic Lego Star Wars aesthetic. If Mecabricks had the part I would probably have used dooku's lightsaber hilt.

As seen on TCW TV series.

This is more of a holiday record shot, being the view from our balcony at the Many Glacier Hotel on the northern edge of Montana's excellent Glacier National Park. The days we had here we somewhat shrouded by mist and rain, so the camera didn't come with me on all the hikes.

Update: Explored #227, 4th October. Many thanks to everyone who has commented, fav'ed and viewed. I massively appreciate the attention and insights offered. Thanks to all!

So 2019 is over and I would say I had a pretty good year, hell of a lot better than last year, that's for sure.

I didn't make that many figures this year, about the same amount I made last year, so sixteen in total. Two of them I don't have with me anymore. I made a Jacksepticeye for my Cousin and I made a Spider-Man for Delta Customs.

Probably my favorite figure I made has to beee...all of them?! I really don't have that one figure that I made this year where I was like, "Yeah this is better than all the other ones."

I think all the stuff I made turned out great and I'm pretty proud of what I was able to make this year.

The whole year wasn't all great, starting out the year was awful with the loss of my friend Jackson, or as the community knew him, Wavy Films. He was battling bone cancer and he passed away in March 2019. He was a good kid and he did not deserve any of it.

I don't know how he stayed so positive through that whole thing but god damn he was a trooper.

I miss you man, I love you and I hope that you are at peace Jackson.

I don't want to end this on a downer so let's all try to be positive for the new year spending our short time on Earth doing the things we love with the people we care about the most.

Hope to keep hearing from you all in 2020

Well I had my Black ARF helmet laying around and wanted to use it for something. I grabbed my ODST armor and brickbuilt gun and got a shawk troopar :P

These are my take on my favorite clones in Starwars Ep.3. Enjoy!

- God Bless,

It's an exciting time for Star Wars fans as the return of Star Wars: The Clone Wars becomes a reality.

I know this image isn't 100% accurate, but I don't own all the helmets and LEGO really screwed it up with the new Phase II helmets.

created this one using elements from original geometrics I'd done earlier....it's just done with cloning & a few new circles

thanks for having a look.....appreciated......best bigger....hope you have a Great Weekend

I updated the line-up with my custom Commander Bly. The only thing missing is some printed legs for Cody; unfortunately there aren't any in the Clone Wars style in the correct colour.

Just threw some kinda finished buildings behind a clone squad.

Had these guys for more than a year, I think they deserve a good portrait.

Thanks for your feedback and comments!

Four--err--sorry, THREE Jedi masters and two Jedi. Oh never mind, ONE Jedi and one "citizen". Sorry Windu :-/

These are my Jedi figures that have dual molded legs, which is kinda the theme of the photo. Most of these I've shown before--I mainly wanted to showcase this sweet sweet Plo Koon figure I bought from a guy on Instagram for a pretty good price.

The Plo Koon figure is exclusive to the 2013 Clone Wars Turret set with two Wolfpack troopers. Always wanted to get that Plo Koon, as it has an updated torso print to the 2008 one, and also has a more durable and cleanly printed head. The head's molded with a harder rubber material compared to the 2008 version and just feels higher in quality. Super happy to get this guy, and I made a couple of mods on him. Legs are from the LM2 Wildstyle with the print removed, and I cut some white sticker paper to make his guantlets.

What do you guys think? Comments are, as always, very much appreciated!

From the Richard Harvey Kitchen Studio.

Tip of the day: If you’re going to photograph a crystal glass on a black oven hob do make sure they’re laboratory clean first, and then wait for daylight (I didn’t). Eventually settle on no overhead hood light, no flash, just the ceiling light. Let the ISO run riot. Adjust everything downwards after - exposure, highlights, contrast. Experiment with Affinity’s spotlight effect, then clone out the grease spots you missed. Adjust White Balance to deal with diffracted blue spots you also missed. Then cook dinner.

Vow never to attempt again, except you know you will….

Clone trooper captain

A clone trooper captain of the Grand Army of the Republic in Phase I clone trooper armor.

During the Clone Wars, the clone trooper captain was a specialized clone trooper breed which was bred on Kamino as battlefield officers and special mission operatives.

Riot trooper shield.

This is a little figbarf I made inspired by the 2003 Clone Wars series. I love the series a lot and it brings back some good childhood memories.

So from left to right: Anakin Skywalker, ARC Trooper, IG Lancer Combat Droid, Asajj Ventress.

Anakin Skywalker:

I did not change a lot about him, It's basically the EP II version of Anakin that we got in the latest gunship but with a different hairpiece and bare arms. The bare arms are supposed to replicate the ripped off sleeves from his battle with Ventress. The yellow hand is his robotic one. I hesitated between a yellow and gold hand for a while, but decided to take the yellow one because I think it looks more cartoonish.

ARC Trooper:

The Arc Trooper has the standard clone trooper armor from The Clone Wars TV Show with the legs of the phase 2 clone trooper we had in the Microfighters turbo tank. The helmet and blaster (Westar-M5) are CAC custom ones and the pauldron and kama are custom ones from CapeMadness. the vambraces and ammo pouches are from BrickForge and on top of the helmet is just a normal LEGO antenna.

IG Lancer Combat Droid:

Like you can see, I made the droid out of a veriety of different pieces. The blaster is a Little Arms Shop driod blaster.

Asajj Ventress:

Also with Ventress I didn't change a lot. It's the version of her from the 2015 Anakin's Custom Jedi Starfighter. I changed her arms from light bluish gray to black and I added her waistcape from the 2008 gunship version of Ventress.

I enjoyed building the figures. I hope you enjoy them!

Just kinda felt like doing this. One of the great benefits of digital.

Revisited the Cadets and updated with new helmets with built in yellow visors. 1. Heavy, 2. Droid-bait, 3. Echo, 4.Cut-up 5. Fives
