This is a little figbarf I made inspired by the 2003 Clone Wars series. I love the series a lot and it brings back some good childhood memories.

So from left to right: Anakin Skywalker, ARC Trooper, IG Lancer Combat Droid, Asajj Ventress.

Anakin Skywalker:

I did not change a lot about him, It's basically the EP II version of Anakin that we got in the latest gunship but with a different hairpiece and bare arms. The bare arms are supposed to replicate the ripped off sleeves from his battle with Ventress. The yellow hand is his robotic one. I hesitated between a yellow and gold hand for a while, but decided to take the yellow one because I think it looks more cartoonish.

ARC Trooper:

The Arc Trooper has the standard clone trooper armor from The Clone Wars TV Show with the legs of the phase 2 clone trooper we had in the Microfighters turbo tank. The helmet and blaster (Westar-M5) are CAC custom ones and the pauldron and kama are custom ones from CapeMadness. the vambraces and ammo pouches are from BrickForge and on top of the helmet is just a normal LEGO antenna.

IG Lancer Combat Droid:

Like you can see, I made the droid out of a veriety of different pieces. The blaster is a Little Arms Shop driod blaster.

Asajj Ventress:

Also with Ventress I didn't change a lot. It's the version of her from the 2015 Anakin's Custom Jedi Starfighter. I changed her arms from light bluish gray to black and I added her waistcape from the 2008 gunship version of Ventress.

I enjoyed building the figures. I hope you enjoy them!

Just kinda felt like doing this. One of the great benefits of digital.

Captain Rex's lunch break. War is hungry!

After having some of the parts sitting in containers for 3 years I finally got around to making a Felucia moc! If you want more angles/pics check out the video on youtube: www.youtube.com/c/x212mocsandcustomsx/videos. I'll be posting more close up photos of the custom at-ot once I take the rest of the moc apart, so I actually have room to take pictures.

Revisited the Cadets and updated with new helmets with built in yellow visors. 1. Heavy, 2. Droid-bait, 3. Echo, 4.Cut-up 5. Fives

Arm decals for the Phase I Clone still to come. I'll probably redo the Commando's helmet and legs.

The final training run ended in complete victory and Domino squad reports to the central armory to get outfitted for their first assignment outside of Kamino.

Based on the original design and inspired by some concept art.

Features fully detailed tandem cockpit, front gunner, rear gunner and troop compartment. The chin guns from the original were replaced with intakes (like many soviet fighters) and the fuselage changed from a triangular to a circular cross section. Very smooth hull with opening and closing doors and fences along the sides for stability. Same with the wings.

This was a fun build, and I think I improved the look of the original gunship. I wish I were a better photographer as this thing is very intimidating.

So very hard to take good pics during the show as you can't control the lighting and this is how the icy hillside looks like taken from a different perspective.

This was on display at the Clone Army Customs booth during BrickFair Somerset NJ last weekend.

Sorry I've been absent from Flickr. About a month ago I became ill and am now starting to feel better. I'm hoping to get caught up with your photostreams, soon. In the mean time, here are 350, circa 1968, blow mold plastic Santa's made by the now-defunct company, Empire Plastic Corp. Each Christmas the collection grows and is displayed at a different location in Portland. This year it was placed in the display window of an empty retail store across from Pioneer Courthouse Square.

We were so high up that we could barely hear the ground assault.

-----

What a view, I think, trying to look out instead of down. Vulture droids decorate the evening sky, and a light wind drowns out every noise in the vicinity.

Except for the noise of my squad.

“I scuffed some yellow off my arm during the climb,” Checkmate whines.

“This new paint just doesn’t hold up,” Habit agrees. “I think they changed the ingredients.”

“But it’s more vibrant now,” I say.

Clawdite shuts off his comm device and then joins us.

“I’ve checked in with Breacher squad,” he says. “Now we wait.”

He does a double-take at Checkmate’s arm. “Did you scuff my paint job?”

“It’s the new paint,” Checkmate says. “Habit said so.”

“Yeah,” Habit says. “They changed the ingredients.”

“But it’s so much brighter now!” Clawdite snaps.

I throw my hands up in validation. “Exactly.”

We get quiet. There’s something in the distance . . . Marching.

I peer between a stack of crates and see a small patrol of battle droids.

One of their heads jerks in our direction. “Hey, what’s that?”

“I don’t see anything,” another answers.

“Over there; the bright yellow.”

Habit and Checkmate exchange a look.

Once the droids are within a few meters of our hiding spot, we roll a handful of droid poppers along the ground toward them. Sizzling fills the air, and they collapse.

Then the bickering starts.

“I wonder how they saw us,” Habit says, like he doesn’t know exactly how.

Clawdite and I shake our heads.

“We’re never hearing the end of this,” I say.

Teth has been on my list of things to build for years now, so it was a blast getting to finally build it. Thanks for checking this out!

Thanks Esther for the idea ;-) Fun with a grater and a fisheye lens.

From the TCW episode Clone Cadets.

Making fun of how Lex Luthor, Mr. Krabs, Dogpound/Dark Ninja, and Savage Oppress were all voiced by Clancy Brown.

Getting out of the Box,can be a lot of Fun.

The Republic learns of an impending Separatist attack on Kamino bent on destroying Kamino's clone production facilities and sends reinforcements for the defense of the planet. Obi-Wan tours one of the cloning facilities with Lama Su as Fives and Echo meet up with an old friend Ninety-Nine.

D:

Because i don´t have too many big mocs planned for the next couple of weeks/months, i won´t be too active here. In the meantime, enjoy this stickered clone i made a few months back!

These are old demi-WIPs. The only one I really consider finished is the gray camouflaged one to the right. The idea for that was to make "digital camo," but with triangles instead of rectangles, just for fun!

Both Phase I helmets in the middle used to be regular Clone Wars helmets, and I completely redid their face printing with my carving-and-painting technique to make their visors look like *ahem* real clones from Episode II. GoddamnstupidwasteofStarWarsfundsthatcouldhavebeengoodbutnoyoumadearidiculousCARTOONdamnyouDaveFilonidamnyou I didn't see how splotchy the blue painting is, and the red painting was done back in the day with Testors Enamel. Blech. What a pain to work with.

Please enjoy! Also, I took some photos today that I think I'll save to upload on some rainy day in the fall or winter when I'll be away from the hobby completely.

I've had these done for like a week I was just procrastinating finishing Geonosis. I've been really interested in the early Clone Wars recently, and this is mainly how I expressed it.

From top to bottom: Geonosis, Jabiim, Christophsis, Kamino

A cinematic shot of my recent vignette for the CWLug Christmas Collab.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

HoloNet News and the Grand Army of the Republic present, in association with the Republic Ministry of Education, the Clone Choir of the Open Circle Fleet in our exclusive Christmas concert! Directed by Master Yoda of the Jedi Order, these brave soldiers will warm our hearts with classics like Once Upon a Time on Alderaan, Nightime on Naboo and A Home on Coruscant as well as recent jolly pieces like Droid Heads on a Christmas Tree and of course, their personal favorite chant Vode An. I can assure you, these men aren’t only the elite that will save us from the evil CIS, but also the best singers of Christmas carols on this side of Tattooine! Merry Christmas, dear listeners! And may the Force be with you all!

Here's my entry for the CWLug Christmas collab! This was a lot of fun to build and a nice, peaceful take on the Star Wars theme. Make sure to follow CWLug on Instagram to see one of these jolly builds for every faction of the Star Wars universe!

A patrol of clones has found something to have fun on the way to their round on a planet of the outer border.

Clones is an installation by Joachim Slugocki for Winter Lights 2018 at Canary Wharf, London.

A double exposure of passers-by

My interpretation of the mobile barracks seen in the Clone Wars.

War! As the galaxy reels form the tremendous loss of Jedi warriors on the planet Geonosis, thousands of clone soldiers are deployed on the Republic front to stop the Separatist advance.

Can you spot the mistake? Enjoy :)
