Nombre: Sunstreaker

I decided that I will try to buy the Henkei figures instead of the Universe Classic Series, because of the best paint applications.
Sunstreaker is one of the best molds in the Classics/Universe/Henkei series. An excellent homage to the G1 character. Also, I'm very pleased with this Takara Henkei instead of the Hasbro versions.

At the Rolex Big Boat races on SF Bay a week ago, this photo of "Waterwitch' a P Class Cutter, racing in the Classics division.
Countdown is a Toys R Us exclusive redeco of a Cybertron series toy. He is an homage to a G1 Micromaster of the same name, is meant to be part of the Classics line.
Pictured here in robot mode, his giant missile has lights and sounds that are activated by a key. It unfortunately makes him very top heavy and prone to falling down. Also the missile launcher really can't be pointed up when batteries are installed.
I received him as an early Valentine's Day gift from my wife.

Here is the full lineup of Classics style Lamborghini figures that I own. Using roughly the same mold, here are my 5 different versions of this toy to date. Here they are in their vehicle modes.
L-R: Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, Red Alert (Henkei), Punch/Counterpunch, Breakdown (Botcon G2 Redux)

I used Reveal the Shield Perceptor, with the head and shoulder cannon from War for Cybertron Soundwave.
The head was resculpted to look more cartoon accurate, giving the whole a figure a more unique look, and not just a head swap.
His blaster was kitbashed from various parts from other transformers.
I also included a modded G1 Laserbeak (Soundwave just isn't Soundwave without him!)
Cutthroat from the Terrorcons finally joins my Classics collection. This Decepticon was made by the third-party toy maker Unique Toys. Hagen (Ordin O-05) is pictured in arm mode.
Cutthroat's colors are nice and his wings give him a lot of poseability and placement options in all three modes.
Classics Wheelie. Although he does not transform, this classics Wheelie can still (probably) take on Devastator. Wheelie was built using a variety of E. Aerialbots. custom made slingshot attaches to his forearm and doubles as a pistol.

Galvatron Henkei has been improved compared with the Hasbro Universe version, although the chrome is not as good as in others.
Bought at HLJ.com.
1953 Monarch custom car... The owner installed a modern drivetrain from a 1994 Cadillac STS (thus the rather tall front clip you see), he also installed the interior from the same car, the bodyshell of the car has been extended and the roof chopped, and of course the sliding doors for that extra touch...
The car has only been on the road for a couple of months and has already been a huge hit at car shows and has won a few awards, although I don't think that's why the owner built this car...
Unfortunately this was the best photo I got of the complete car, my apologies... :-)
A trip to the huge River City Classics car show, at least 1250 cars were registered! Always the biggest show of the year in southern Alberta...

Classics Bumper in his car mode.
This homages the rare and hard to find Bumper / Bumblejumper from G1.
This figure is the Classics Bumblebee with the Renderform Bump Scout (RF-009Y) upgrade kit.
The base figure is the Bumblebee from the Walmart "Legacy of Bumblebee" 3-pack, with his spoiler removed to make him stand out a bit more.
Nombre: Octane (Tankor)

Octane is another Decepticon triple changer, here in its Classic version, or Henkei more exactly, that really it's not much different than the Hasbro version.
The transformations are very interesting and clever. A very nice figure.
I bought it in a japanese online store.

Thundercracker Henkei, japanese store Ganbo exclusive.
It's the figure that has cause me more suffering and anxiety. Finally, I got him.
The figure has some quality problemas, weapons don't fit on arms, so they fall, loose wings, but I already fixed them using some nail polish.

Nombre: Smokescreen
Afiliación: Autobot
Línea: Classic Henkei
Clase: Deluxe

The last figure of the Henkei line (at least the massive ones).
Smokescreen, like most of the Henkei, is more G1 and cartoon accurate.
The Universe version has yellow paint details that I don't like, and also the numbers are very ugly. But this Henkei version is lovely.

Nemesis Prime borrowed Cliffjumper's gun.
