This is probably a bust of Faustina the Younger (c. 130-175 CE), wife of the Emperor Marcus Aurelius. If not, then it is of her daughter Lucilla.
Later Roman sources went tabloid on Faustina, accusing her of ordering poisonings and executions, wild adultery with military types and instigating a revolt against her own husband. One can read that as a way of saying Faustina was a very powerful woman in a society which wasn't comfortable with the idea. In fact, Faustina and Marcus Aurelius appear to have been a close and devoted couple, and he was grief-stricken after she died in an accident probably towards the end of 175 CE.
Faustina's daughter Lucilla married the Emperor Lucius Verus (formally Verus was her uncle and eighteen years her senior). But Verus died while returning from a campaign by the Danube, possibly from smallpox, and in the next few years it all started to wrong for Lucilla. Her own brother Commodus, by then Emperor, ordered her execution after she became involved in a failed assassination plot against him.

Domitian was on the left side on obverse, all that remains is Domitia. He was really not well liked.
These three paintings by David are in the Louvre Museum, Paris France. It is a nice unusual arrangement. He's a favorite painters even though he outlawed non-classical art as the "Dictator of Art" during the French Revolution.
