Looking across a partially frozen towards Wacker Drive.

 

Set Description: The polar vortex has made its return to Chicago, once again turning the area into Chiberia. While not quite as cold as the last time this arctic air mass visited, it was cold enough (and pretty enough) for some cool photos along the Chicago River

A ominous looking lake effect snow bands pummeled the city this afternoon while I watched from Promontory Point.
