Chevington cheese according to the little sign.

Heat and stir until the cheese is melted into the sauce.

This cheese sauce is made from basic white sauce, and does not contain paprika which we use sometimes.

Making cheese crisps:

1) Grate cheddar cheese (or any hard cheese.)

Please mark your calendars for our cleanup of the Historic Bread and Cheese Creek on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Rain or Shine, we clean up the section of Historic Bread and Cheese Creek from the Berkshire Area to North Point Road. Registration will be at 2408 Plainfield Road, Dundalk, MD 21222. This event will be run in conjunction with the Ocean Conservancies annual International Coastal Cleanup and American River’s Nation River Cleanup as well as Day to Serve and National Public Lands Day! We have also attached an event flyer for your use.

We run our cleanups as a family event with plenty of ways for volunteers to participate. We welcome every type of person of every ability level to contribute and assist with the cleanup. Though it is true we will need people to dig out shopping carts and haul trash to the dumpsters, we need people to run water, food, tools, and trash bags (both empty and full) to individuals in the creek. People to sort recyclables from the debris removed. People will be needed to help at registration, setup food and snacks as well as many other less strenuous activities. We are also authorized to sign-off on Community Service and Service Learning Hours for students. The more people we have, the easier the work will be for everyone. We will provide lunch and snacks as well as gloves. A limited number of tools are available for sign-out, but suggest bringing your own if you have them

Volunteers are also needed to arrive early and stay late for setup and break down. Photographers and Videographers also needed!

Cheese is being matured in this hairy sheep 'bag'. The cheese is white and crumbly, slightly salty and creamy too, similar to feta.

The setup shot for all the shots in this set. Some of them only had the SB24 on the right fired

Strobist Info: Two strobes through shoot through umbrellas triggered with Cactus v2s. One Nikon SB24 camera right. One Nikon SB600 camera left at the height of the table.

You can see the setup shot here.

I accidentally made a heart shaped cheese block by vacuum sealing a jack and cheddar cheese together.

Fucking valentine's day. No heart shaped candies this year, so I guess my subconscious decided this was the perfect gift.

cheese i bought at Monoprix the last day I was in Paris. There was very little time and the shop was right next to the office. Clockwise from top left: petit Pont-l'Évêque, Comté, Tomme de Savoie, Appenzeller, Morbier, St Albray, Salers

ultimately I liked the soft cheeses best. The St Albray went very quickly, and I wished I had more. The Comté was solid, the Appenzeller was as good as I remembered from Switzerland and the Morbier was a nice surprise
