'Old Amsterdam' cheese... once you try it, you're a convert for life... I still remember when I tried mine for the first time... broken off from a huge piece... generously offered by some potheads : ))
Cheese is being matured in this hairy sheep 'bag'. The cheese is white and crumbly, slightly salty and creamy too, similar to feta.
Label from a cheese purchased in a local "healthy food" store. It's actually good, especially when you're feeling a bit peckish.

cheese i bought at Monoprix the last day I was in Paris. There was very little time and the shop was right next to the office. Clockwise from top left: petit Pont-l'Évêque, Comté, Tomme de Savoie, Appenzeller, Morbier, St Albray, Salers
ultimately I liked the soft cheeses best. The St Albray went very quickly, and I wished I had more. The Comté was solid, the Appenzeller was as good as I remembered from Switzerland and the Morbier was a nice surprise

Dessert (Donald): Cheese and lots of it. I can't remember each of them but there were about 8-9 different ones there ranging from goat to cow.

Tillamook Cheese Factory. The place was closing 20 minutes after we got there, so we could only run in and buy some cheese!
