John's: Cheese omelette, a bit dry. The grits were pretty tasty. I ate every single speck. It was a good thing, cause we busted our butts the rest of the day looking for plants. It was work.

Fresh baked cheese bread! I really need to find a better way of labeling these things. I don't know which is which but there's one with asiago, one with white cheddar, and one regular medium cheddar. The last one is a mix of the three. Hmm...I should probably do this again soon.
Clever paint job on Sargento Cheese truck looks like Swiss cheese. Taken on the fly, wish I could have gotten the matching tractor.
There are three different cheese in this picture:
Västerbotten (Swedish, strong, mature), Blue 61 (French, brie type, with cranberries and stuff in it) and, on top of the meat thingies: Taleggio Bergamasco (Italian, quasihard, mature, brie type of cheese.)

The Cheese Ravioli at the Vinny T's of Boston in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Asiago and mozzarella cheese filled ravioli in a homemade marinara sauce.
Mac and Cheese. Made from the recipe in Bon Appetit magazine May 2009. With a couple changes, including heavy cream instead of lowfat milk (yay!). **CAUTION** you will gain 5 pounds just by looking at this.
Cheese = awesome. Guacamole = awesome. Cheese + guacamole = ingenius. A monumental example of improvization, this is my new invention, cheese-amole. It's cheese and guacamole, and that's it. Mmmm. After a main course like this I had some brown sugar for dessert.
Matthew from Cheese & Chutney sent me a picture of the mice on top of his gorgeous wedding cheese cake - they look right at home! Of course, this is the 'before' picture - there wasn't much cheese left in the 'after' one!

i had enough mixture to make twelve but only the equipment for six. i made one large muffin with the remaining mixture then cut into eight segments flic.kr/p/2rgconG the large muffin was hanging around for quite a while before going into the countertop mini oven flic.kr/p/2m3gaso so didn't rise, but it'll taste fine :)
