Capture the flag. When the teams are badly uneven, and you take a cap anyway, that's cheating. There's simply no debate to it, it's a black & white cut-and-dry issue. It's even worse when the winning team does it, and it's worse still, when it's an admin, not a noob who doesn't know better.
