That was quick (not). The tree fell two months ago. It only took the council 60 days to clear up the path at HÃ¥ga. Good work!
The Chain at The Kent Roller Girls event at Folkestone Quarterhouse on the 1st June 2012.
It was a wonderful evening, lovely venue and great music. I'll have to see the Kent Roller GIrls in action soon.
You can find out more about the Kent Roller Girls here: www.kentrollergirls.com
They're on Facebook and Twitter too!
So in a game of "rock-paper-scissors" you should always try for "chain".

June 10th, 2011: Angels Landing is one of those gotta-do's in Zion. So we did... and this is a photo essay of the hike.
I'm sure this has been shared many a time but this week was the first time I've ever read "The Chain". A good friend (Karl Walk) and co-worker of my wife's passed away suddenly this past week and they had this poem printed on his memory card. Thought I'd share.
The Chain
We knew little that morning
That God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you,
That day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories,
Your love is still our guide.
And though we cannot see you,
You are always by our side.
Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same,
But God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
Cello shaped, and chain driven. There's something sensual about the woodgrain too. Portal23 produced this beautiful artwork piece and photographed it with a holga, lifted the emulsion onto a big chunk of glass, and gave it to me in a Tommy Hilfiger box with the simple instruction 'see what you can do with it.' So I did. I particularly love the grain of this image.
This cute scarf is made from recycled tshirts that have been freshly laundered. This scarf is in red, black, and white. A great scarf to show off your team colors at a ball game. If you would like a scarf with your team colors, please convo me and I will be glad to make one to your order. This makes a great gift for a friend or coworker.
