Me and my brother went on an adventure to find some abandoned WW2 tunnels and caves.. here's some collab shots we got on the way..
Harvest Moon over Rocky Hill, CT.
The clearest photo of the moon I've been able to take so far. All other attempts have cloud cover or the moon is tiny. The lighting around me must have been just right for the autofocus. I think if I'm well-lit, the moon comes out better than if it's dark around me. Taken at maximum zoom.

#AbFav_LATE_WINTER_✳️
The weather had been fierce the whole day, the wind winding and hounding around the house, pulling at everything, with rain lashing against the windows.
Here the sun sets at 6/7 now, so dark very early, it seemed like we'd never had a day, when I noticed a bit of golden sheen, I looked and this greeted me.
I grabbed my camera, opened the window and took the images.
We live on the side of a hill, it glides down into the Dale and climbs back up.
Never have I seen better and more beautiful skies to photograph than here in Yorkshire, especially in the late Autumn and late Winter.
It feels so textured and opulent, yet is so ephemeral, and never the same twice you shall see... awesome thought.
No manipulation, PURE!
Wish you a glorious day and thanx for your comments... M, (*_*)

Dress: Maya in sky pack (with color changing hud) from Poet’s Heart by Nim Darkheart. Maya fits a wide range of bodies; I show it in Lara. Poet’s Heart will be located in the Avalon region, created by Worldbuilder and Fallen Gods creator Alia Baroque.
Fairelands Lore:
The beautiful Lunafae Blessing Stone featured in the photos was created by Fairelands Worldbuilder Sharni Azalee for her gorgeous region in the 2018 Fairelands. I do love this creation and have had it out on my parcel since 2018.
The lovely animated wings are also a Poet Heart creation…from the PH “Insecta” fatpack from the 2020 Fairelands. I show the wings only from that fatpack (which includes a dress, hat, leggings) in “Dragonfly.”

Lego Spaceship MOC: The Celestial Empress is a large nuclear pulse propelled spaceship designed specifically to take a contained colony to Alpha Centauri. The Nuclear warhead propulsion system is based on the Project Orion concept and will take this half million Earth ton vessel to .99.99 of the speed of light. It take a little over a year to reach maxim velocity, it will then cruise for a further 4.5 years before flipping over and using the same propulsion to decelerate for another year before reaching its destination of Alpha Centauri.

Celestial Fire
Nature paints its most dramatic masterpiece across the evening sky as clouds transform into brushstrokes of liquid fire and rainbow light. This extraordinary atmospheric display showcases the raw power and artistic beauty that emerges when weather systems collide with the perfect lighting conditions of golden hour. The swirling formations create an almost supernatural spiral pattern, with vibrant oranges, deep crimsons, and ethereal blues bleeding into one another like watercolors on an infinite canvas. These moments are fleeting gifts from the universe - when ordinary water vapor becomes extraordinary art, suspended hundreds of feet above us in a performance that lasts only minutes but leaves memories for a lifetime. The interplay between light and moisture creates this stunning spectrum, reminding us that some of the most breathtaking art galleries exist not within walls, but stretched across the boundless dome of our sky. Standing beneath such displays, we're reminded of our small yet significant place within the grand theater of natural phenomena, where every sunset offers a new and unrepeatable show painted by forces far greater than ourselves.
