When I saw this sign I wondered if it could really have survived the fire that burned everything else for miles around or if it was put up afterwards. Talk about too little too late.
This is a shot of the front light assembly of a Nissan Xterra. The light as it reflects off the inner parts of the light drew my interest so I shot a number of images.
It says so right on the yellow dot !!!
It can also be Slippery when wet

A distant signal is one that provides advance warning of a stop signal ahead and does not compel a train to stop. In some regions, notably North America, the terms distant signal and approach signal are both in common usage.
Because of the long distance required to bring a moving train to a stand, distant signals must be located on the approach to the corresponding stop signal by at least the braking distance of the worst braked train to use the route.
He stopped on the trail and casually began washing his face like a cat. I got off my bike and watched from a distance but this bird decided he wanted a ringside seat. I saw 4 more rabbits crossing the trail on today's ride.
