Someone along Monticello Drive is evidently upset about the dog shit
in front of their home and have erected the 2 'caution' signs in the
attached photo. I took the pic this morning.
If you care to check them out in person, they're in the 600 block of
Monticello; the 2nd block north of 7th street.

Tonight I ate dinner at a mall before seeing Frans Lanting speak at the Annenberg Space for Photography, which was amazing! I didn't realize most of the mall was under construction. These posts appear to be holding up what's left of the parking garage.
Caution - Families running across freeways! These signs are down in San Diego just after the border.

Another local band, but with a much bigger budget. I've seen these all over the country.
When I was little, the signs said 'Slow Children'. My dear mother would point and say that this was where the intellectually disadvantaged kids lived.
She meant well. Political correctness hadn't been pounded into people yet. Good thing, too - she would have spent a long time in the reeducation camps.
Here's a quick personality test. If you think this sign means to be careful not to run the little darlings over, well, you're a very nice person and should probably be a kindergarbage teacher.
If you think the sign means to avoid the area at night because the young thugs might beat you to a bloody pulp for your watch, you're probably a fan of Grumpy Cat and are in desperate need of a hug.
