Trying different lighting. This is a glass of red juice with blue juice drips, 3 speedlights, 1 either side and 1 low behind pointing up. Some nice flaring going on.
My original plan yesterday was to go out for some poppy shoots, but when I arrived at my planned destination, there were only two poppies left in the field, where it was populated with hundreds of them a few days before...Well, since I expected great light this evening I had to find another shooting location, so I sought after familiar grounds and went to the Posbank at the Veluwezoom. This tree became my new subject and the light was beautiful indeed!

This topic was so difficult! How to make the number 2 interesting? Eventually I tried giving this house number a good clean, then waiting for the sunrise, and adding the Lensbaby effect. And I did boost the sun twinkle a bit in Photoshop too ;o)

An eagle caught a fish and all his friends came to "help" him with it. This series shows the eagle with the fish, then the drop to the eagle behind him, the catch and the flying away to eat.
Back in the Spring I came upon this fisherman who caught and released nearly a dozen nice Largemouth Bass that he landed in the marsh at the Spring Valley Wildlife Management Area in Warren County, Ohio.
It looks like the cup was put there to catch the dripping water, but ...
