Immerse your hand in a clear container. Be careful not to touch the sides or bottom of the container with your hand. Have a friend pour the alginate into the container SLOWLY. Wait 15 minutes. Your hand should wiggle free with little effort. Be careful not to disturb the alginate mold.

Yet another song that totally and utterly amazes and touches me in a way that I cant really describe.
I have seen the video and it reminds me of somethings i truly would like to forget, things i have seen and things that happened to me as a child,though those things have made me strong,and shown me who i don't want to be, they cut deep,so deep that i just rather forget.I am not a very open person when it comes to certain things in my life,one because it reopens wounds that i don't prefer to open in turn means i have to deal with the pain, anger and hurt,and im sure id say somethings that would step on toes and cause more grief then its worth. i don't like to cause pain, or inflict past issues upon people when i know they cant be changed anyway so i kinda just put them away and keep them to myself.
This song carries a profound message as it speaks about how it has become more and more common for Christians to become morally compromised. The lyrics have a certain level of simplicity and innocence yet they carry deep meaning, describing how small steps of compromise, though seemingly unimportant, transition into deeper and more serious sins.
The lines “The journey from your mind to your hands is shorter than you’re thinking, be careful if you think you stand you just might be sinking” describes to me how though we may not immediately feel the effects of our wrongdoings, they add up, and before you know it, you are too engulfed in your sin/sins to get out.
This song is a clear reminder that as Christians we cannot let down our guard under any circumstance. There are constant and daily attempts to undermine our belief and moral standing, and we must not compromise in the least, even the smallest of things can start a downhill slide into committing more grievous sins. It is vital that we stand out by remaining firm in our faith and persevering through any temptation or desire to do even the smallest of wrongs.

Casting for children is always fun. Usually you can tell in about 5 seconds or so if the kid will work with you or is scared of you. But what I find the most unusual is the parents that accompany these kids, and how they dress them. This little girl was 3 years old, and had on all the makeup of a 20 year old. Backdrop is black velvet.
This is the casting process. Most of my work is cast using the green sand method which is an old fashoned way. I make the moulds by hand.
This photo was taken on Ngu Xa island, lake Truc Bach, Hanoi. The island was once a centre for bronze casting, but now one family carries on the craft at the back of their small house in a tiny foundry, which also serves as their kitchen. There was no furniture in the room and all tools were stored on the wall.

I've filled the molds with concrete (poured is not a right description, because I used a quite dry mix). In the pictures it looks wet, but that's because the vibration caused the water to rise to the top.
Before this, I applied baking grease as release agent.
Still learning the process to get it right. I vibrated the table with an orbital sander, and also used the rubber mallet to try to get rid of the air in the concrete.
Zamora (Zamora Chinchipe).- Este Lunes en las instalaciones del auditorio del Distrito de Salud 19D01 Yacuambi – Zamora, la Coordinación Zonal 7 del Ministerio del Deporte, realizó el casting de instructores y coordinadores para la quinta edición del proyecto emblemático Ecuador Ejercítate 2017.
Instructores de los diferentes cantones de la provincia de Zamora Chinchipe asistieron al llamado, demostrando sus habilidades al ritmo de la bailo terapia y aeróbicos.
“El objetivo de Ecuador Ejercítate en esta su quinta edición es seguir promoviendo la práctica de actividad física, además de hábitos saludables para superar los problemas derivados del sedentarismo, malnutrición y mal uso del tiempo libre” destacó Diana González Coordinadora Zonal 7 de esta Cartera de Estado.
Por su parte, Erika Guayllas participante del casting manifestó “Esta es una oportunidad de trabajo para nosotros los jóvenes, además estamos realizando lo que nos gusta y estamos permitiendo que otras personas se beneficien del deporte como un elemento importante para la salud”.
En la actualidad el proyecto Ecuador Ejercítate cuenta con 202 instructores, pero se tiene planificado para este año poder contar con 248 instructores en todo el país.
Por otra parte González recalco que dentro de los requisitos para la elección de los instructores se ha tomado en cuenta que dentro de sus perfiles sean especialistas en bailoterapia. JC/Ministerio del Deporte
