The Bluebells are out in abundance again, and my favourite time of the year begins. I have had a very long, quiet winter with very little photography, so it is nice to be back out as everything brightens up again! A spring morning out shooting really starts the day right.

Πολλές φορές περπατώντας στις πόλεις, το τσιμέντο με πλακώνει. Ψάχνω να βρω λίγο χρώμα. Οι πολυκατοικίες μοιάζουν με άχαρα κουτιά. Αυτό που μου αρέσει, όμως, είναι πως μερικές φορές πετυχαίνω μέσα στα τσιμέντα και λίγο χρώμα. Μπορεί να είναι μια απλωμένη, πολύχρωμη, κουβέρτα, ένα χαλί, γλάστρες…Έτσι έφτιαξα ένα άλμπουμ με τέτοιες φωτογραφίες. Σκέφτομαι…Πόσο όμορφες θα ήταν οι πόλεις μας, αν έμοιαζαν με αυτήν που μας τραγουδά ο Ζακ Στεφάνου!

Many times walking in the cities, the cement view makes me feel bad. I'm looking for some color. Apartment buildings look like ugly boxes. But what I like is that sometimes I find in apartments a little color. It can be a colorful blanket, a carpet, flower pots… So I made an album with such photos. I’m thinking... How beautiful our cities would be if they looked like the one that Jacques Stefanou sings to us!

Big round carpet in the Reunification Hall (Hội trường Thống Nhất 統一会堂) in Ho Chi Minh City.

The dragon is an avatar of the river and considered auspicious. Year 2024 is a year of the dragon.

India is an emerging tourist-generating market.

The building was completed in 1966 as the Independence Palace for the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) by abolishing Saigon Governor's Palace constructed in 1869. It is a modern architecture designed by Ngô Viết Thụ, a Vietnamese architect.

It was used by Nguyễn Văn Thiệu for his home and office until 1975. He was the leader of the military coup in 1965 and elected later as president.

It was renamed to Reunification Hall in 1975 when Vietnam was reunified. It is now open to the public as a historical monument.

The second to last shot I took here as the rain and bits of tree were falling too heavy around me , This is at Buncton church at Wiston Chancton bury in Sussex.
