We were out on a joint training session to practice our driving skills for dealing with poor weather and road conditions. It was just a bit mucky!
Yesterday Bergen's pride, the soccer team named "Brann" played a "friendship" match with Stavanger city team "Viking" in one of our indoors halls to prepare for the season coming up.
I did go there as "press" thanks to friend who can pass as journalist since at times he is one, gave me a chance to do meta photojournalism?
Oh, we lost 1-2 :-(

GIs deploy captured German 88mm PaK 41/43 field gun. Originally built as a AA weapon, the 88mm was quickly adapted for other roles in AA and field artillery configurations. The 88mm thus emerged as one of the most powerful, versatile, and successful guns of WW2.

Captured this new bus a fortnight ago. Now got it in Nagpur city itself.

A huge mound of earth and branches held up by supporting stakes. There is a gap in the centre of the mound which is roofed over with pieces of corrugated scrap. In this space three dwarfed soldiers are visible.
Scenes like these were commonly used as propaganda. As a result the photograph taken was often posed.
