A black and white version of one of my favourite recent photos taken in Chorillos, Lima, Peru. Taken with a Canon 5D IV and a Sigma Art 135mm.
Here is a blog I have written on this beach in Chorillos.

On a wonderful saturday afternoon photowalk and photowalk I captured my befriended photographer capturing the moment.
Batman and Robin have fallen into the hands of Lex Luthor and his Legion of Doom.
I combined two Extreme Sets to form the Legion's underground base (Sewer 2.0 and Headquarters).
I had to wake up at 6 am (durring my Christmas holidays) to get this shot. I found this bottle on the beach nearby my home and just loved the sunrise through the bottle.... I'm missing all this here in London..

Another image capture and of my first attempts at working with the built-in function for HDR type images in my Nikon D800E. Having remembered the need to stand as still as I could (no tripod with me) I was able to minimize the movement of tree leaves...even as my body moved as so slightly. Anywho, I then worked with color control points and a few CEP filters (Low Key, Polarization and Darken/Lighten Center) in Capture NX2 for the final image.
The photo is a foggy morning scene of the main Belgrade’s street. I was attracted by the misty atmosphere of the street. Talking about framing the problem was how to incorporate power lines until the moment I realized that the sky was actually captured by power lines...Hence the name captured sky
I really found this sky to be interesting, with the whispy white clouds below the high altitude clouds collecting most of the rising sun's rays. The airplane is certainly not the focus, only an accessory in the overall shot.
In reality, the narrow band of cirrus clouds actually appeared white against the blue and gold background, but the camera captured them as gold, too.
“Capturing A Season” in photographs is rewarding when looking back on the day or the moments you’ve shared. Feeling like you’re in touch with Nature and all four seasons. Whether getting dirty weeding or planting you feel that special connection to the Earth whereas you are “Capturing A Season.” Continue to do so and you’ll feel the rewards.
Thanks for viewing my work. Stay safe and stay kind. Your hands? You know already Wash’em up people,:-)

Well here I am, hard at work and loving every minute of it. If I'm going to have my photograph taken, this is how I like it best, my back to the camera! LOL... I think my daughter captured this scene when I was deep in thought! :)

Sometimes I like to jazz-up a pic purely to make it somewhat different to the norm. Roses are always beautiful 'au naturelle' but I liked the impact of the colourful effect on this one.
My go to post processing is usually done with Paintshop Pro , but I used 'Smart Photo Editor' for this pic. They have hundreds of instant artistic effects to choose from, which themselves can be altered/ adjusted to your own taste. They are effects that have been submitted by the site's users. It's great fun and gets the creative juices flowing.
When I saw this guy aiming at the setting sun I hoped I would get a "starburst" if I positioned myself correctly, and voila! He moved his arm a few times and it finally worked. f/18 and ISO 400.
