Catching the light, and narrowly avoiding the huge rain cloud that was following us around. This was a lucky day.

Freddie exudes a natural confidence that us mere mortals can only aspire to. Mind you, I know where the food is kept so I have an advantage in negotiations...

Freddie & Gus (10)
Breathless? Well you would be. I am too...
Over an hour and a half of Freddie and Gus style mayhem takes it out of you. But guess who will be wanting another walk this afternoon?
I've been attempting to shoot Gus in celebration of his official 2nd birthday. Official? Well, it's an educated guess. He came from rescue, was nervous and faced an uncertain future. Placed in the hands of an experienced carer, with just a little help from my boy he's come along wonderfully. High on Life? You bet !

The sky today was not always my friend. But here it was good, and this is SOOC. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Canon.

Freddie and Gus doing what boys do. Gus has the advantage of youth by about 4 years but you don't play that card on a Border Terrier, especially if you were trying to bite his collar. So Fred swiftly puts him on the ground. Those of a nervous disposition can rest assured this is harmless fun...the natural order of things in the canine world.

The friendly crew of the Tui Boeing 737 Max, PH-TFU “HURGHADA”, waves to me as I photograph them on their way to their runway.
Just after sunrise the receding tidal waters reveal tusks of grass and trails of webbed feet.

The icebergs from Jökulsárlón are floating on the river Jökulsá á Breiðamerkursandi and drift to the sea. Hringvegur, the Ring Road or Route 1 runs on the bridge crossing the river.
