6/4/2010 CAMP DARBY, Italy- On June 4 the Camp Darby community gathered to say their good- byes to the outgoing garrison commander, Col. Steven Cade and to welcome the incoming commander Lt. Col. Kevin Bigelman and their families.

In November 2013, Plan Myanmar launched a new project targeting 7,300 children in 50 camps in Myitkyina, Kachin. Ongoing conflicts in Kachin over the past two years have forced more than 100,000 people from their homes and into camps for internally displaced persons (IDPs).
Given the scale of the situation, Plan is working with local partners to provide emergency support targeting the needs of children and mothers.
It attaches to the side of the camping car and give them more space, a nice thing in bad weather ;-)
The old railway track rises out of Ferny Grove and winds slowly up Camp Mountain. Even though the gradient is low (less than 5%) the train would have struggled slowly to the crest of the hill, after which it would pick up speed as it rolled down into Camp Mountain Station.
A Memorial Day Weekend barbecue at Camp Red Cloud and a potluck gathering at Camp Casey was held May 25, sponsored by the Area I chaplains. All members of Warrior Country community were invited.
